Change of trustee - member

Superannuation Accounting Services can assist with changing trustee and/or member of your SMSF. We can assist with adding or removing a trustee, and/or member of the SMSF.

We will provide the documentation, and where necessary, lodge change of details with the Australian Taxation Office.

Change to corporate trustee

We can help you change the structure of your SMSF from individual trustees to corporate trustee.

Superannuation Accounting Services will attend to:

• Set-up a new company - register new Company with Australian Securities & Investments Commission and provide documentation including minutes/resolution and company Constitution (the Company will be set-up as a special purpose super trustee company)
• Deed to resign existing individuals and appoint the new company as trustee of the SMSF
• Lodge change of details with ATO.
